i like ur van set up a lot of people call it the hippy life but i just think with how much money ur spending on even a studio apartment when all you're doing is sleeping there anyway this is an awesome alternative.
Go to inplix page if you want to learn how to build it yourself
how do you make a living? viewed all ur vids. so far. awesome. ive been eyeing up a big Ford Transit 250 or 350. Whats ur thought ?
Thanks for sharing!!!
smart
What "kind" of screen did you use? Will it keep mosquitoes out?
If you're trying to get to cooler weather you'll have to head way north which means north but not NE where all the crappy cities are. This basically means the Dakotas or one of the states west of them because that's the only place it's <80F right now. It's basically SE autumn weather most places up there right now but >80F everywhere else.
Never go further than West Virginia on the east coast it's just an industrial wasteland with suburbs for the workers. The few places nice past NY aren't worth the hassle and are rapidly becoming regulated anyway.
Hey to have the window open while raining, you could actually stuff a few hand towels or rags in there where the velcro opens at the bottom, and then shut it. It'll catch all the water for a while anyway. Those storm breases are pretty nice.
I was definetely going to put mosquito screen with velcro on my doggie side window at least. The van does Not have enough windows…especially in SC…though FL beats that.
Great idea with the bug screen and Velcro!
Did u hand sew that screen?! Nice job man. Really loving your channel. Come to Canada if you're heading north.
dido sweet !!!!!
I did the the same thing on the outside with a 1" roll of magnet worked well, only made for the front doors
I need the screens as well, good job!! …Flying by you as we speak on 95 Key West bound!!
I meant "Cory" :0)
Those back windows are cool Corey. British vans don't have back windows that open like that. Good luck on your travels.
Also if you get a chance, sub to my channel, I don't have any content, but ill take a video of the van. maybe you can give me some pointers bro!
Best Idea ever bro!!! Going to make this for my GMC, and thanks for taking the time to BS with me. Take it easy
just subed, check out my channel when you can.
Take out those screens and use them as a template to cut blackout fabric, then velcro that to the screens, and reinstall.
Are you gonna put a tv in?
Those mods are sweet dude! Genius idea! Keep em comin brother!
good work man.
Great job on screens. Where are you putting AC?
Kick butt idea with the bug screens bro. Thumbs up.
