I tried it this Sunday and this worked so well! My tweaks – beef flank was too expensive so I did double chicken. In order to make it less boring I tried doing my chicken “clusters” with different seasonings. I also mixed the seasoning in a little bowl rather than sprinkle over the top lol. Instead of frozen broccoli I used the Costco Kirkland stir-dry vegetable blend (add a little soy sauce and ginger powder). So delicious!!
I actually found this video overall very helpful of course i made modifications to my meals but like he said this is a very good beginning guide

Walmart carries a flavored 10g proteins oatmeal. 1 packet of oatmeal, 150gs egg white, a scoop of peanut butter, and some natural honey.
This will be the greatest breakfast you could ever ask for.
Take it 1 step further and add chopped up banana.

Why not season all the chicken when they are in the bowl instead of just seasoning 3-5 pieces on the top of the pile?

can you really healthily eat the same thing every day for a week like this? i thought you need variety to get all the vitamins and minerals etc or is the idea to change it up with different meat/greens etc every week to get them and that would be ok so it balances out over a few weeks? i don't understand food lol

Awesome video, I was just curious on like what times to eat. Breakfast, two lunches, and dinner or like breakfast, early lunch, early dinner, late dinner?
Problem is they are not fresh … I find it hard to prep throughout the week as having food cooked fresh that makes it work.
I suggest always heating up in plates never in containers within microwave. Tastes better

People who meal prep a week in advance are idiots. Defrosted food is so disgusting just prep a day or 2 in advance don't be lazy

That all looked really good, you got breakfast, lunch and dinner and an extra meal in for all 7 days. What was the overall cost? I may try this method so I don’t have to worry about what to cook when I get home. If I can do this for around $60 or less a week that would be awesome.
So what’s the eating schedule ? Time frame?
So eat the oatmeal in the morning, chicken rice broccoli for lunch, and the steak for dinner?
