I wish my 03 was like this.Mine was on top of the tank. The lousy lousy plastic clips leaked.I ended up replacing lines. My filter has three hoses. Sucks! I could not find one mention anywhere about the plastic clips.(special tools or how to undo them) The fuel filter and its clips are my only complaint about the van. Now i wonder how long the rubber fuel lines well last.
I have 2000 Grand Caravan and the filter is not like this video and he should have mentioned the year of the car. People who see this video shall ask their local dealers and ask about their car model filter type this video is not for everyone.
1996 Caravan has the filter right on top of the tank, driver's side. Have to loosen straps to lower the tank a few inches to access it, or so I hear. I especially like the tip on this video to make sure the arrows are aligned correctly, since I might not have noticed arrows.
This only applies for caravans 1995 and prior
Nice video on how to turn a screwdriver… Hahaha…
Wow this is even older than my 1998 Dodge caravan. My filter is on the top of the gas tank. Nice video
Thank your for the information
This video is completely worthless
lies
my dodge caravan 2003 doesn't have a fuel filter
there is no fuel filter on my 2003 dodge caravan
where the hell is the fuel filter on a 2003 dodge caravan 2.4 liter?
So you don't need to bleed air out of the lines?
Does this video apply to a 98 Grand Caravan with the 3.3 flex fuel engine?

this has nothing to do with a 2000 grand caravan. do not rely on this video for anything later than 1999.

Some of you should take your van to the shop, you're pretty scary

by the looks of this its a very early 90's caravan, all newer ones , as in all makes, have the filter inside the gas tank.
Put it all back together in the end baby. yeah..just like that.
