Today we talk about “How to Travel Cheap to Oahu Hawaii” as it is the #1 talked about issue. The costs can be high, but there are ways to cut the expenses of travel to the Hawaiian Islands if you do a few things to cut corners. I have traveled to the islands for more than 20 years and share my knowledge and tips with you.
Oahu is the cheapest island, so I suggest this is probably your first island destination. There are many hotels and hostels to choose from if you come here.
Taking the bus saves you from the expense of a Hawaii car rental and the cost to park it in Waikiki, too.
And going to all the free attractions like the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, the free shows at the International Marketplace and the Hilton Hawaiian Village Fireworks show can also save you money!
And some tips to save money on food and drinks in Hawaii too!
And don’t forget to check out out happy hour specials on Waikiki Beach too!
If you have any questions or tips, please post them in the comments!
Aloha and mahalo for watching!
