Tommy Fanelli of Progressive Industries demonstrates how to install the EMS HW30C

Is there website shut down?
If I align the unit with the picture in the manual (line left, load right) the L1/L2 & T1/T2 terminals are backwards (T1/T2 are on the left and L1/L2 are on the right). It appears the relay was installed backwards in the housing but it appears (physically) that each side is a mirror image of each other and it should function with the terminals swapped as they are. This is the way it cane, out of the box. Does anyone know for sure if this unit will work with line voltage to the T terminals? All other wiring appears to be identical to the photo. Yes, I did call Progressive support, yesterday. Left a message but I doubt they work weekends (when all the RV'ers will be installing their gear) so I'm stuck with my rig electrical system in pieces (have to remove a bed to get to it all).
You should space this from mounting wall. I read the Amazon description, they do get hot and should have an air gap.
Will this 30 amp unit work if you are hooking up to 50 amp service with a dogbone adapter ? Or do you switch to bypass mode?
When running a inverter gen the surge protector should see no earth ground and need to be run on bypass.
Would have been nice to see the 2nd display install in the video.
Is there any difference, as far as installation, between the 30 amp and the 50 amp. I have the 50.
Does this unit get hot?
